Just got back home from Hedgebrook. And... Awww! It feels good. (Can't wait to go back but still good to be home.)

It's just what I needed to recollect my thoughts and get back to some serious writing. I just watched Sixteen Candles, unpacked and now watching Can't Hardly Wait. This evening I am getting ready to go host the lovely Raven Taylor's chapbook release party.

Very excited!

It's gonna be a good week. I can feel it.

april rains

It rained in Seattle. I, of course, am happy about it.

I was doing some spring cleaning yesterday; going through my closet, getting rid of clothes, when and realized there were a bunch of sweaters I didn't get the chance to wear. Well, it rained. So I get to wear them. I am a happy guttersnipe.

Also there's this smell that happens when it hasn't rained in awhile and I love it! Why I love this city.
