inspired thrifting: named brand

Man! If I owned a vintage store I would of grabbed this bad boy, but I just couldn't. Had to pass. Deeply regret it now...

For all you haters out there who say "thrifting" is nasty, too hard, or you can't actually find anything good - you aren't trying hard enough.

Or better yet, move aside and leave it to the experts. I picked up this Alexander Wang T-Shirt for $9.14 Yes, an Alexander Wang t-shirt less than 10 dollars. Pretty sure that is the best purchase I've made in awhile.

over cast, cloudy summer day. I am so happy!

Ok. This post is really my typical uniform (leggings and baggy shirt) with a twist. But I really just wanted to brag about my new bag. Sorry guys! But it's truly just that awesome! I got it for $15.00 at a thrift store in my neighborhood called "GATHER." I've walked by the place a million times and finally went in. Glad I did!

 

Also! If you noticed from the last post; I bought those beautiful bracelets. 3 for $4.00, what a steal!

inspired thrifting x game day

Finally got to goodwill and salvation army yesterday. Did some much needed retail therapy. Also I realized I haven't done an inspired thrifiting post in awhile, so you too must be dying for some good old fashion cheap eye candy.

Now on to my lately pick ups. I've noticed lately I've been going towards more basic pieces. Things that I can dress up or down. Depending on where you are standing.

 

And on that note! Maybe it's the fact that fall is right around the corner but sports wear is kind of making itself a massive trend. Jeremy Scott has a couple jersey dresses in his latest collection, Undefeated has a whole Hockey Collection, The band MellowHype did a serious of baseball inspired shirts, and many more. 

I found this top for $0.99, so why not. Right?
