So excited to annouce I am one of the newest contributor writers to the blog Frank 151. Check out my first article on The Drake Phenomenon.

My dream job would be writing for Jimmy Fallon, SNL, or the Daily Show. Or better yet getting my own movies made. Writing is my life. It's why I wake up in the morning. It's the shit that keeps me sane.

Today went to the LA Art Show with my homie Nick. Took a lot of photos; too many actually, got a lot of much needed inspiration but yet didn't get enough.

If you follow me on Instagram you know I've been bouncing around a lot. Boston, LA, Seattle, LA, Portland, and now who knows. I don't mind it but I really do hate flying. It's one of my biggest fears. I am slowly getting use to it or just getting better at hiding it.

 

I think I've said it before but in LA fall and winter begin around 6 PM and goes until about 6 AM. With that said this shirt (full of holes) and this sweatshirt were made for LA winter.

Oh. And my hair is still blue.

5. Blue Hair
I have had so many different hair colors in my life and I always love the one I have currently. So right now - I love blue hair.


4. Grilled Cheese

I am broke. Like hella super, uper broke. So grilled cheese sandwich is my best friend in the whole wide world right now. Simple, easy, but best of all cheap.

3. Los Angeles Stories by Ry Cooder

I'm a book nerd and have been able to read a lot more living in LA oddly enough. Guess because I am working as a full time writer; I read for inspiration. This book was given to me by a family friend for Christmas. It's epic, chalk full of wild random tales of LA living. Just what this Seattle girl needed while staying in this city.

2. D'Angelo & The Vanguard

This album is proof that R&B is alive and well. Without a doubt is the sexiest thing ever. It's been awhile since I could play an album all the way through without skipping a song. This is that CD. (Hella random - but I want to make out to every single song.)

I mean it's only January and I oddly enough have never really liked this month but if this new year is anything like the last 6 months then I am so fucking excited for this year. Odd numbers are the best.

Well! Been awhile. I mean a lot has happened.

First off - Happy New Year! Hope everyone had a safe & fun New Years. This was the first one I did not spend in Seattle. I ducked out of the 206 right after Christmas to ring in the New Year in Los Angeles. It was fun! Simple and not too wild, but a good old time.

   

I also missed my guttersnipe anniversary of this blog. Queen of the Guttersnipes is FIVE YEARS OLD! This shit is cray too me. I mean I know I have been on top of it as I have in the passed but I can't think of anything I have stuck out for five years. I mean shoot! My longest relationship is two & half years. No matter what - I am very proud of myself. Way to go blog, happy belated birthday!

 

Not only is it 2015 (which is so fucking weird) I have blue hair now. If you follow me on Instagram you would know that. Loving the blueberry life.

Everything else is going. Keep my head above water, taking things as the come, stay positive, writing, being active, being silly, and doing me. Hope y'all do that same. xo.
