Nice weather all round! Can't help but want to soak it all up.

 

Been busy cleaning my room, got ride of a lot clothes, and sold some for cash money! I need learn how to focus, but it's so hard with all this sun. All this sun.

Oh well! Here are some snaps from a few days ago.

This sweater is super preppy, but I like it. Now I wouldn't call my style preppy. Actually I wouldn't know exactly what to call my style. Guttersnipe is truly the closest adjective I can use to describe it. And if someone didn't know what I meant then it would be a great excuse to direct them to just check the blog.

 

Clearly.

I work every day but Thursday so styling posts is on the back burner (which is a bummer) but I am trying my hardest. Tonight thankful it's a movie night.

DIY: Monster Cardigan

I was doing some much needed spring clean of my closet the other day and I realized that I get attached to clothing items. Memories. Cheesy, but so true.

So instead of giving away some pieces, I thought I would just revamp a few. The steps are very similar to the Sweater Jacket and 2nd 3 (more) ways to Jazz up a t-shirt.

 

1. one sweater, one cardigan, one flannel, one sweater.

 

2. Cut both shelves off the cardigan, left arm of the flannel, and right arm of the sweater.

 

3. Pin in place and sew.
