taking advantage of a little rain

Raining. So going back to my favorite/old ways of layers and comfy clothes. I am not complaining. At all.

Thursday was the Art Walk in historic Pioneer Square. I went with my friends j.mena and Ericka. It was dead due to the weather but made it easier to actually enjoy the art. Lately I've been taking my camera out more so I caught some moments to share.

    

My hair has been on it's best behavior lately. It must know I am getting a hair cut soon so it's trying it's best to change my mind. 

 

Now off to get crepes.

instaguttersnipe: lack there of

It's that time of year where your body hates you and you become sick with whatever strange little bug is in the air. However I am not letting that get me down, in fact, the exact opposite. I am getting ready for my tour with Mary Lambert, starting a bunch new projects, writing more, working with me people AND being one of 6 new bloggers for Married To The Mob.

So yeah, I've been busy. I might be slacking on posts. But I will not forget this blog! Promise.

This year, is just going to be a great year.

    

ended up somewhere wonderful

I went to the most wonderful show/club/art show/event this evening. It was a circus of visual art, music and dancing. I can't explain it but it got my creative juices going. I can't explain it.

I posted a few pictures on instagram but doesn't truly do it justice. I snapped a lot of pictures with my fancy camera. Here's a few to help you get an understanding of what exactly went down.

   

 

      

But even those photos don't even do it justice. Oh well! Just had to be there I guess.

 

Also, always remember, next to a great smile and confidence, a camera is one of the best accessories.

MellowHype was a great show! Trash Talk (I had never ever heard about them before Thursday's Show) were intense to say they least. It's not my cup of tea but they did put on a fun show. Moshing is a serious sport.

Afterwards my girl Neko and I entertained ourselves by bar hopping, photo booth photos and me setting up mini photo shoots with her as my subject. I like to make my own fun and my own trouble.

Some guys at the bar wanted to get on this photo shoot action and I noticed his "made man glitter shoes." I had to snap a pictures of these beauties. Such a guttersnipe move.

Yesterday got a Christmas Tree with my family. Getting more into the spirit. Which is nice because this is my favorite time of year. Today going to get some work done before my holiday break kicks off. Going to be a crazy couple of weeks ahead of me.

The story about this sweatshirt: I got it as a gift a few Christmas ago from my sister's exboyfriend. She dumped the guy, I kept the sweatshirt. It was from one of my favorite shops in Seattle called "Winner's Circle"which sadly doesn't exist anymore. It's a priceless item.
