I realized I wear this outfit or some form of this outfit a lot. But that's what a true Guttersnipe does. You work with what you got!Breakin it down:

cardigan - (dumpster dive*) FREE
Belt - (St. Vincent De Paul) $1.00
gold chain - (Goodwill) $0.35
total: $30.35
*Most people stick their noses up at dumpster diving, I get it. It sounds gross, HOWEVER dumpster diving can be very rewarding. This cardigan, I found in a dumpster behind a Target FILLED with clothes. They only thing wrong with this sweater was a hole in the arm pit. I sewed it up, now it's good as new!
A true Guttersnipe thing to do!
