Dress as Shirt

There are girls who wear shirts as dress. I wear dresses as shirts. I bought this dress at forever 21 but it's waaaaaay too short for my tall body. And in all honesty I don't feel comfortable wearing it just as a dress. Maybe I can pull it off in the winter time with tights but right now... I can't.
