Let's get two things straight.
1.) It does rain in Seattle, however it is not the wettest city in American. In fact, Seattle isn't even in the top ten.
2.) My fashion sometimes isn't weather smart. I know this.
HOWEVER a true Seattle girl wears tights in the rain.

Today is all rain, coffee, strange looks for wearing tights in the rain, twitter, and writing. What more could I ask for?
